Job Description

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Process maps and Policy Designing : Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Talent engagement & Recruitment : Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Functional Implementation : Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Performance Management : Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Competency Assessment : Prepare & Maintain Roles & Responsibilities and competency mapping.
Automation of processes : Successfully automated in part or full certain process like Probation confirmation, Exit interviews and attendance.
Training & Development &Induction : Assess training needs, Organize learning and development programs and monitor training programs.
Discuss employees career development paths with managers.
Management and HR reporting : Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Grievance Handling : Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues & Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Industrial Relation Management : Maintain HR procedures that comply with Govt. regulations & Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll) & HR systems and databases.
Excellent communication abilities, Leadership skills.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations, People oriented and results driven.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of Applicable Govt. Laws.
Degree in Human Resources and / or MBA in HR.
